Call your doctor.: If you feel you are not bonding with your child, call your doctor or your baby's pediatrician right away. This could be a sign of depression, but your doctor needs to visit and speak with you to determine what is the most appropriate next step.

Seek help: If this is an indication of post partum depression, seeing your doctor is important. Two other resources that can help are craniosacral therapy and chinese medicine. It is wonderful that you are asking...Help is available in several forms!
