Oral Sex: Oral sex goes both ways. Which way do you mean? If you are receiving oral sex then there is very little that can happen, although you would be at risk for herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and possibly syphilis if the person performing oral sex on your has any of these active infections. If you are performing oral sex on a female then zero risk. If you are performing oral sex on a male then above.

Not safe if: Your partner has an std, u can get herpes, chlamydia , etc in the mouth and throat so it is highly adviseable to make sure your partner has no stds including HIV before u do that.
