Testis pain: Most cases of pain in the testicle will resolve on their own. If the pain is very severe and does not go away after an hour or so, go to the er to make sure you don't have torsion. If not, i would see your primary care doctor to make sure you don't have an infection first. If your symptoms persist longer than three months, you should probably see an urologist.
