Whats the best way to collect a semen analysis to collect sample in office or home and if at home how do u store it before arriving to office?

Either way: Collecting semen can be done either in the office or at home. If at home, however, make sure you keep the specimen warm (at body temperature), bring it in to the lab within one hour, and make sure the lab is capable of performing the test, as some smaller lab collection sites do not do the test.
