How to avoid astigmatism?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cannot : At age 33 you cannot do anything to avoid astigmatism. Surgery may be able to correct astigmatism if you have it now. If you do not have any astigmatism at this time it is unlikely to be a problem in the future.
