i am 21 years old and i had a baby 12 weeks ago and i am still bleeding. i am not bleeding a lot sometimes its just spotting and sometimes it is 2 pads?

Should have stopped: By 12 weeks after delivery the bleeding should have stopped. You should see your gynecologist, may need a sonogram or hormone measurement checked to make sure nothing wrong.
