I am in the process o being reviewed for gastric bypass. is there something that might halt my journey because i've had brain surgery and 3 seizures?

Well,: I do not know why was the brain surgery done. Sometimes seizures activity is present after surgery. I suppose you do receive adequate treatment for it. Personally i believe u should not have major problems going through gastric bypass. However, ur neurologist/neurosurgeon should be consulted by the bariatric surgeon! this is a must!

Gastric bypass: Only if your neurosurgeon feels that it is unsafe to have abdominal surgery for some reason. I have operated on many patients like you so i don't think it will be an issue.
