i have a small painless soft bump on my labia minora. it has been swollen and i have been itching down there for 3 days.no odor, no pain, no discharge. does this appear to be an std? sexually active

Several options: It may be a small fatty tumor(benign) or possibly a bartholin's cyst, neither of them is an std. I would suggest a trip to your gynecologist to figure out what it is. At a minimum, please do not scratch it as this will only worsen the problem.
