Everyone is diffrent: 60-90 bpm..Depends on size, physical fitness, cafiene consumption in pop and energy drinks, some decongestants etc. Work up if symptomatic or heart rate at rest is greater than 100 for prolonged periods of time. A holter would be a good tool to eval the heart rate over 24-48 hrs.
