Mult possibilitites: Multiple possibilities. I would first look at musculoskeletal/postural imbalance/overuse syndromes that could be contributing to your pain. If there are any other symptoms associated with your pain, i.e. Numbness or tingling then neurologic causes should be explored. A thorough physical is a start.
