Several ways: Avoidance is always the best, but challenging and sometimes impractical. The best medications are the topical nasal steroid sprays and using antihistamines (nondrowsy ones) as needed. For long term relief, the best treatment is allergy injections. While it is a bigger commitment initially, in the long run, it will safe money, less symptoms and less medications.
