Plan ahead: Once symptoms start, they are more difficult to control. Avoidance of pollen is frequently not practical. Medications can be very helpful especially if taken before the pollen starts blowing around. Allergy injections are the best long term treatment. An allergist can assist in an individualized treatment plan.
