At high strengths: The effectiveness of allergy injections appears when the highest tolerated strength is achieved. Allergy injections are started at low strengths (dilutions) then gradually increased to higher and higher concentrations. This typically takes 17-18 weeks if injections given twice a week or about 37 weeks if injections given monthly. There are other protocols for more rapid dosing.

Different: Different for every patient. Usually about 6 months to 1 year to see any effect.
