Aerobic fitness: Your liver is your toughest organ and can withstand tremendous abuse, healing fully. Hoping you've avoided alcohol abuse, viral hepatitis, and "imported holistic pills" laced with liver poisons. The public is not yet aware that aerobic fitness (or lack thereof) has a tremendous impact on liver health; in fact, we're spoiling more liver nowadays to sedentary lifestyle than perhaps anything else.
