A member asked:

How can you whiten teeth without damaging them?

Wrong Sequense: Any whitening system that you can commercially purchase should only be used after the dentist has gotten the stains out of the enamel structure of the tooth, and taken care of any cavities that exist. Otherwise you will be trying to whiten over a deep stain = failure or you will be trying to whiten a cavity = can potentially kill the nerve of the tooth.

Whitening: None of the ways that a dentist used will permanently damege your teeth. There can be some senitivity while you are using some of the products, but this stops after you qutit using the products. See you dentist to find out what the best way is for you.
