Liver enzymes: Do you take any supplements for weightlifting? Do you take any medicines, like a statin for cholesterol? How much alcohol do you drink? Do you use Anabolic steroids to increase muscle mass? Have you ever had or been exposed to hepatitis b or c (through blood or body fluids)? The answers to these & other questions may shed light on your question.

See below: Agree with Dr. L. Weight lifting per se would not affect liver enzymes. If you take any drugs or alcohol, stop entirely and retest in 3-6 months.
