Vague: Kidney failure is notorious for causing very vague nebulous symptoms sometimes like, fatigue, insomnia, nausea, decreased appetite, metallic taste in the mouth, etc. Unless someone looks at the blood test results, it might be hard to pin these non-specific symptoms on to kidney failure.
