What to do if i have a pain at my lower left side just above the pelvic bone, what is it?

Depends on location.: If it just on the outside/muscle area it could mean muscle pull. If it's more deep inside, it could mean bowel pathology, including diverticulitis. If it's higher up near the rib it could mean the spleen (if large). Do you have other symptoms besides pain. See your doctor for help.
