No: Ingestion of a tumor in an animal has not been shown to b a means of spreading cancer. While some rare cancers develop from infectious means in the form of viruses or prions, the spread of such a infectious component can cause indirectly development of some cancers. Ingesting an animal that is infected could in theory cause a cancer but this would be very unusual and unlikely.
