How can you reduce risk of cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lifestyle helps: Don't smoke. Try to avoid chewing tobacco. Verdict on diet & colon cancer isn't in. Treat helicobacter in the stomach. Surveillance rather than prevention (continuous pregnancy / lactation) for breast cancer. Easy on the sunlight. Hpv vaccine probably eliminates benefit of male circumcision. Safe sex. Easy on the alcohol. Fitness probably helps a little. Verdict not in on supplements. Don't smoke.
