Athletes foot: You can try over the counter lotromin but may need rx meds. Avoid wearing same shoes daily as well.

See a dermatologist: If you have fungus, and the hand is also infected, then it will be 2 feet + 1 hand. The soles of the feet + skin next to small toe in the web. The hand will have it on the palm. You may very well have something other than fungus. Meanwhile there are effective otc generic antifungals in every pharmacy.
