Yes: The organs that have laterality to them (e.g., liver, spleen, stomach, position of intestines, appendix) would be reversed/flipped in position. The uterus, which is a midline structure, and the ovaries and fallopian tubes, which are bilateral and symmetrical, would be in the usual positions. Barring any other problems with fertility, pregnancy and childbirth should be possible.

Kartagener Syndrome?: If situs inverses totalis is associated with kartagener syndrome (a defect in cilia), then female fertility may certainly be reduced. If there is normal ciliary function, then fertility should not be affected.
