See the pediatrician: One cannot really diagnose a rash until they see it, you should take your child to the pediatrician.

Rash in kids: Rash by itself and no other symptoms, you can watch and if it seems to be getting worse, call your pediatrician. If the child has rash with fever you should call your pediatrician asap. Rash is such a common symptom or sign in people it is difficult to guide without a full history. It could be contact dermatitis or eczema. Please clarify what the rash is like & the duration & where it is located.
