Medications: By starting medications such as antihistamines (claritin, zyrtec, allegra) or nasal steroid sprays (qnasl, flonase, nasonex) before the allergy season starts, most people can have effective relief. Trying to avoid pollens that causes seasonal allergies is difficult. If symptoms not controlled with above, allergy injections are very helpful.
