Seek evaluation.: If you have recurrent stones, see a urologist for evaluation. In general: 1) increase fluid intake up to 2l of water/day. 2) follow a low salt diet, which lowers calcium in the urine. 3) reduce dietary protein, to lower calcium & oxalate in the urine. 4) do not restrict dietary calcium, but stick to the usrda. If you continue to recur, a metabolic workup by a urologist might be needed.
