Spinal cord injury: That is a difficult question to quickly answer. There are -and have been many- promising technologies from the laboratory, however converting those studies to mankind is very complicated. Despite enthusiasm, results in human trials have been disappointing to many, although progress has been made. 'fixing' broken spinal cords is probably 2-3 decades away... Sorry!
