A member asked:

Could a woman with the hemophilia gene pass her gene to her own children?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Yes, if the woman is a carrier and the man has hemophilia, statistically 1/2 of their male children and 1/4 of their female children will have hemophilia. 1/2 of their female children will be carriers of the gene and 1/2 of their male children and 1/4 of their female children will be completely normal. Of course, these are just statistics. Consult with a geneticist for more details.
