Diaper rash cream: There are many diaper creams on the market. An affordable one is triple paste. Your pediatrician might have samples. A pricier brand is mustela and there are 2 diaper rash creams in that line: vitamin barrier cream and stelactiv. In conjunction with a diaper cream, you should have more frequent diaper changes and use water only to clean the diaper area.
