There aren't any: Benzoyl peroxide is so-so. Everything else... You'll be disappointed or worse, and if you are an adult with responsibility for a teen's physical and emotional well-being, it would be a mistake to deprive him/her of the benefits of the medicines that a physician can provide. Many good ones: There are many home remedies for acne. Vitamin a, c, e, d, zinc, selenium & chromium & fish oil can help. Minimize fried foods, dairy and sweets.
