Not quickly: Don't plan on losing weight quickly. It's bad for your body, and people usually gain it back, and more. Plan on losing 1-2 pounds per week. You can do this by eating mostly fresh foods in moderation. Follow your caloric intake with a food monitoring/fitness app. Don't go lower on calories than the recommended minimum intake! actually, i think 1-2 pounds a week adds up quickly and is pretty fast.
