Shouldn't : It's best you don't. Get the benefit of having the treatment work for you. Sex is sometimes the cause of bv. You may react to the brand of condoms. Or the spermicide on the condoms. Or bacteria from the skin on his penis, fingers or toys. Start off with a clean slate and the resume sex. You may then be able to identify the cause.

Sure!: No reason you can't/shouldn't have sex while being treated for BV in most cases. But be sure your partner is being treated as well. Bv has a high relapse rate no matter what you do so also be alert to whether your symptoms (if any) go away and then come back after awhile.
