Maybe: I am not sure what you mean by "heart scan". A nuclear medicine stress test (ie cardiolite) contains a radiotracer that is also frequently taken up by breast tumors. So sometimes we can detect breast masses on these tests. But the breast is not always seen in these studies as it is not the region of interest.
