Yes: Most injection sites will stay sore for a bit after the injection. Lovenox (enoxaparin) seems to last a little longer. Using an ice pack on the site for a minute before you inject might help.

Maybe: It's not uncommon; but if it gets worse have this checked to make sure there is no infection.
