No: There are certain medications (bile salt resins) that have been used to dissolve retained common bile duct stones and gallstones(if <3) (cholesterol type) in the past, however stones would reoccur when the meds were stopped.Cranberry juice should not have any effect. Surgery(laparoscopic) is the treatment of choice.
