Of course, relax.: Grieving hurts - it makes everying feel worse. Whatever the reason, grief reflects a depth in us that has been exposed to loss and/or hurt. Recovery takes time - we may set an expected time of weeks or months before seeking help, but who knows? If you'd value support - seek it out, if you are feeling worse as time passes, get help. People endure but many have scars - they enrich our stories. Peace.
