What's the expert opinion, could the frame angle of original wayfarer optical eyeglasses really affect the eye vision?

Only if prescription: Prescriptions glasses, if tilted, will have a different effective power than intended. This will give poorer vision. It is part of an opticians job to fit you properly with the correct amount of tilt.
