Electrolyte problem: Diabetes insipidus occurs due to either abnormality in hormone secretion from the brain or kidney not responding to this hormone. It is very important to find out the cause as severe eletrolytes abnormalities can occur. Herbs may not be advisable, as underlying cause must be identified and treated.Some herbs can do more damage to the kidney. Please talk to your doctor before starting any medicine.

None: Only vasopressin which is ADH hormone will treat central diabetes insipidus but if it is a problem with kidneys then some diuretics and nsaids can help.
