Is it possible to be pregnant during the first weeks im on mirena (levonorgestrel)?

Possibly: Iud's are not 100 percent protective. In addition they may move out of place or be wrongly placed. Do a pregnancy test and that will clarify yoour doubts. Also make sure that the iud is correctly placed by doing an ultrasound after your first period.
