Prob benign, but...: What is the breast history in your family? Most masses in women are cysts or benign tumors (not cancer). You should have it evaluated by md and imaging. The only way to truly diagnose a mass is with a biopsy. If there is a strong history of breast cancer in your family (especially relatives who got it at an early age) you should be aggressive about the work up.

See your Dr.: I know you are very young to have a significant problem with your breasts, but "bad" things can happen even to 29 year old patientsplease be examined by a specialist either your gyn or a breast surgeon. Most likely thy will order an ultrasound, maybe a mammogram. Perhaps an mri. Depending on your family history, medical, surgical hx, more evaluation may occur, even a biopsy. Most likely, o-k.
