Take Action: If you don't have family history of breast cancer and if you don't have risk factors like smoking, obesity etc., you should not have to worry constantly. You should start doing regular mammograms at the appropriate age. If you have a strong family history (mother, siblings with breast cancer), you may want to have genetic test done (brca i and brca ii).
