What can this sharp stabbing pain in my lower left side be?

Information needed: I can not find possible cause without more information. This type of pain may be related to intestinal problem, mainly the left colon ureteral-vesical stones, lumbar problems as well as muscles problems. Again, more information is needed to have a better idea.
