I have sore pain in my bladder area area like a shotting pain what dose that mean and its very unconfortable?

Get checked.: Could be UTI or low based stone. Could be something else and unrlelated. I would really get this checked asap.

Cystitis?: Your could just have a bladder infection, or acute cystitis. On the other hand, you could have interstitial cystitis, which mimics a bladder infection without an actual infection. Other more worrisome issues, such as bladder cancer, though less likely, can also be a concern. You need to see a urologist for evaluation.
