Use sun protection: There are many ways to protect yourself from sun exposure including sunscreen, sun block and protective clothing.

Increased risk: You should wear sunblock every day. And try to cover up and limit your exposure as much as possible to reduce your risk. In addition you should see a dermatologist at least once a year for a complete skin examination. I would not recommended the TB jab.
