Freckles: Freckles don't need to be treated. However they can be treated with a ndyag q switched laser. I have successfully removed 1000's of freckles from redheads with irish ancestry that don't want them. It is important to be sure they are truly freckles and not dysplastic nevi. Some people think that their dysplastic nevi ( abnormal moles) are freckles because they are flat . See your dermatologist.
