What is the cause of pain that starts from under the chin to the left side of neck and goes up to ear and becomes headache?

Dental source likely: Your symptoms sound like a common "toothache". When the pulp("nerve") of a lower tooth abscesses, the pain commonly radiates to the ear, etc. Have the area xrayed at your dentist.
