How bad is 460 for blood glucose reading?

Out of control: Treat the person, not the number -- but this is a blood glucose that reflects serious troubles. This may herald ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar nonketotic coma, or just mean somebody's really not got the diabetes under good control.
