Diet/pain meds/no al: For chronic pancreatitis, yhe first thing is to treat the cause like gall sones, alcohol abuse, hyperparathyroidism..And following can be done 1diet low fat high cals diet 2no alcohol consumption 3 pain meds like tramadol or opoid narcotics all treatments are under strict physician supervision.
