Not standardized: Fish oil doesn't help depression. There are no head to head comparison studies of st. John's wort for depression. I suggest you buy the cheapest, try it and decide. The usual dose is: 300 mg 0.3% stdzd extact 3x a day or 2-4 grams crude form, above ground parts once to 3x a day. Alternatively, try a pharmaceutical (under the care of your doctor) as these have been studied and fda approved.
