There are several ways to treat basal cell skin cancers, depending on the location, the type of basal cell it is, and your age. There are several surgical options, including cutting it out, scraping and burning it out and mohs surgery. If you are 65 years old or older, then radiatioin therapy is a great option. Your do not get sick or lose your hair from this type of radiation.
