Related or Not: Your complaints are most likely 2 separate problems. The bottom of the stomach pain could mean that you have a distal stomach or duodenal inflammation or ulcer which could be caused by some medication you took. The vaginal pain could be related to some pathology in your vagina which can be discovered by a speculum examination by your doctor. It could be a cyst, infection or pelvic endometriosis.
